I have no clue what the report says but here we go again.... You obviously have the report that an independent firm did on Wray and the Department, but you still just cannot believe it is accurate. Could the real truth be that Hinson is a low life officer that needs to be fired, but that the City Manager also did the right thing with a ego maniac Chief that forgot his place and his staff. Think about it, regardless of the facts or non facts behind the Jerry Bledsoe articles, David Wray in an effort to be a victim has continued to feed information to Bledsoe and tarnish the department he supposedly loved. Get real!!!
You're right. Maybe they both are sorry officers. Its about time someone said that. Its ok if they both are sorry. One doesn't have to be the good guy. Just get them both out. And Mr Troublemaker, you probably need to believe the RMA, they have no reasons to lie or make anything up.
But Mitchell Johnson would have looked pretty bad if RMA didn't find anything and then hit the city with its bill. They had motivation to find something, or make it looks as if something was amiss.
