Mitch should be made to defend himself at his cost. He signed an affidavit in which he states that the so called "Black Book" was a legitimate investigation document. He locked Wray out as part of his deal with the PAC (Pack).
Why should the taxpayers foot Johnson's legal bills for his stupid and selfish acts?

The City Manager can no longer perform his job effectively (not that he ever could)with Wray, parks and rec, and 40 police officers preparing to sue him.
Council must act on Tuesday night to remove him like Blocavich or whatever the name.

2) Brady hid "secured" (hid) that legitimate tool in the trunk of his police car.

So far David Wray has only told his side of the story thru attorneys and The Rhino. I am looking forward to a trial and David having to tell it under oath and under cross examination...will be interesting if it happens.
Keller and Clifford will destroy Mitch and Miles on the stand.

Mitch should have been fired long ago. Matheny is in a hell of a mess. If he votes to fire Mitch he'll have Perkins and Melvin on his ass. Groat will have the Simpkins pac on her. Neither has any balls.
Let's all just wait and see who gets destroyed on the stand...my bet is DW will never allow himself to be on the stand....I hope the City does not settle because I want to see what Wray has to say under oath.
I am glad to see Wray taking up for himself. He has been treated horribly, and had his life drug through the mud - as has Brady, and others. For what? Doing their job. I hope that M. Johnson is made to pay - the City has done nothing but suffer from increasingly ridiculous decisions since he came to the position. Mitch Johnson needs to be fired, and made to give public apology and tell the truth (though that will likely never happen). Hinson needs to be fired. And the PAC, something needs to be done about them too.
Mitch will get the axe from the Parks & Rec. case alone. That is the real discrimination case he has been hiding, along with Council, for the last year.
Wray was responsible for everything that happened to him. He has no one but himself to blame.
...was that last comment made by our shitty manager Johnson?...or was it madam mayor Johnson?...or was it the demonized nelson johnson?
