The City's opinion of what is a public record is no more than horse shit. Their opinion is obviously going to swing to whatever keeps lies covered up. One day, we will wake up, turn on the morning news, and see several prominate officials and business leaders taken away in cuffs. There is currently a 5 prong attack occurring at City Hall between Wray, Brady, Park & Rec, 39Officers, and miscellaneous others. They ALL have some of the same things in common: Mitch being protected by Council and Council concealing the truth for the power brokers that control them. That is why things like the Civil Rights Museum gets paid for suddenly after 15 years of fund raising. All things came to a head after the Parks women when apeshit on Council. Troublemaker came out of his slumber to protect these African American women, Wray and Brady filed lawsuits, Bonnie Kuester quickly retired, and the Museum was paid for. You think all these prongs are linked? The City would be wise not to continue covering up this surveyllance deal.
I read an interesting link below about the Civil Rights Museum funding being completed by Melvin and Co. Interesting. You would think that the NAACP would be going berserk about the stuff going on in the Parks Dept. and with the 39 officers, etc. However, they are not. That makes me suspicious with the Museum being recently funded by the Bryan Foundation.
Tim Bellamy announces that "only David Wray can answer that" referring to why the surveillance was made against several prominent citizens. If Tim Bellamy knew about the reasons for the surveillance (Rick Ball)but made the press release anyway then he was lying. If Bllamy did not know the truth and made a knee jerk press relase then he was just as wrong. The question is was he directed by Mitch Johnson? They both need to be fired! Not by this city council!
Time to clean house and bring in the DOJ. As mitch would say, if I were a citizen of greenboro, I would feel that I was the target of a corrupt council, inept city staff and a political pac that rivials the mafia.
Nerf here, the voicemails are routed to your email to enable you to check your messages from home due to the use of IP phones. The voicemails exist in email form until they are deleted by the email account user. The city IT department has the capabilities and storage capacity to maintain a pretty good sized backlog of emails (literally hundreds of terabytes, it's all in the lower level of the MMOB) however they choose not to do so. This is an interesting point that can be brought up now that voicemail/email is public record and destroying them violates freedom of information. Nerf out.

Did the City answer the Wray lawsuit yet? 30 days is up. Anyone know how to get a copy of the response?
Is it just me or has anyone else noticed how much Robbie Perkins resembles in mannerism and in ethos that famous Duke alum, Richard M. Nixon.
