I am with you Tony. I have read and heard Ben being "rough" but I have never heard and untruth from him.
And, Ben, please don't rack yourself too much no matter what you said. You have taken on a most thankless, and almost impossible task of cleaning up the filth in this city that could be so much more. It certainly is a lovely city on the outside. Brenda Bowers
Picture is nice. Very pretty little girl. Proud father. Also enjoyed seeing you at the Council meeting with the girls. The little one sure did want that microphone!
I think CM appealed to his better instincts. A lot of it was funny, though and nobody can accuse Ben of not being aggressive and confronting people head on. We need more of that.
I can tell Ben, that like me, you have a temper, and sometimes you don't think about the consequences of your actions. The rant about Ahearn has got nothing to do with the BS going on today, and we should all help each other stay focused on the real issues. I'll always read this blog, but a lot of folks would be turned off by what was posted earlier, and who gives a crap, right? It's your blog. But remember, you are trying to get out information that is serious and everything you give "the other side" to use against you, is going to hurt your credibility. Your getting pretty famous around these parts. Don't suspend yourself though, that's just as bad as ranting about Ahearn's looks. Your are absolutely right about the content of her writing, and Micken's reporting as well. Keep up the good work. b.B.
Well, Ahern gave another shot today at David Wray in her column. I suppose that is her way of being defiant, so Ben needs to come off the bench and take her on again.
With all of the damage to peoples' lives that she has done, I have no problem with him getting personal with Ahern. JR isn't going to corral her, so someone needs to take her on.
