GPD Chief makes false claims in email to Troublemaker

I have been blogging for less than 24 hours and I can already tell you that Ken Miller should not be the chief of police. He appears to be a bully and has very little regard for the peoples feelings. He doesn't care about all the past turmoil this city has been through with the police department. He only cares about himself.
We don't have a good chief. We have a bad politician playing police chief. Milller doesn't want to talk about "the past" and belittles those that do. He wants everyone to know that he figured out everything in the complex GPD as soon as his polished ass hit his chair.
His biggest accomplishment is he had his own little coffee island installed right by his office. Once people questioned his coffee island it quickly became an emergency eye washing station. Miller wants the people to know he is always correct and we don't know what we are talking about. He has the typical attitude that most badge carrying egotistical psycho individuals have. He does not care about our feelings, our thoughts and most importantly our history.
Take James Hinson for example. Hinson is arguably the most controversial figure in the history of Greensboro's police department. He screamed about how he was being targeted by racist white officers. He has filed a lawsuit against the city that is full of half truths that can be easily disproven. He, along with the News and Record and others, caused a great amount of anger and turmoil within the city by practicing malicious gossip.
In the end, Hinson's silly stunt will end up hurting the tax payer tremendously. Hinson is a horrible example of a police officer to most of us but not Chief Miller. You see, Miller came in and instantly decided that Hinson was a great police officer and he is very quick to claim that Hinson has done nothing wrong and everything that was questionable about Hinson was unfounded. Miller knows that nothing out of the ordinary has ever happened with James Hinson.
Miller thinks that nothing was wrong when GPD police got a call on April 8, 2005 from the DEA. During that call, the DEA reported that an investigation of a major drug dealer revealed that James Hinson's personal cell phone number was programmed into their suspects phone.
This was very alarming because it was not the first time that Hinson's contact info had been found in the possession of a major drug dealer. Miller wants you and I to believe that Hinson's contact information was never in the possession of drug dealers. Miller wants us to believe that Hinson never has done anything wrong.
Miller doesn't see it as a problem that Hinson associated and did business with major drug dealers, dated strippers, fudged police reports and covered for other officers when they needed to hide something (Kevin Chandler's throat cutting incident). Miller foolishly said this to me in our very first email exchange, "If your concerns linger from past allegations well publicized, please understand that none of those allegations were ever sustained and most were unfounded." That my dear friends, is not true at all!
I find it very disturbing that Miller wrote, "please understand that none of those allegations were ever sustained and most were unfounded." I wonder where Miller got this information? Can he show who us any evidence supporting this? In real life the huge majority of the allegations were sustained and I have no idea which ones Miller could show as unfounded.
1. Hinson had associated with a known criminal, Elton Turnbull? Sustained.
2. Hinson associated with Toshia Withers, a known criminal; that he assaulted her at his bachelor's party; and that he had sex with her in a police vehicle? Sustained, not sustained, and not sustained.
3. Hinson had worked off duty while on duty? Sustained.
4. Hinson lied to his supervisor about making up a day he had taken off? Sustained.
5. Hinson was also alleged to have conducted private business at UNCG while on police time? Sustained.
6. Hinson failed to report a wreck involving his police car? Sustained. Another allegation regarding Hinson and car wrecks involved a woman named Gayle Brooks. That was not even investigated. That accident was on December 5, 2002 just in case Miller wants to show me where it was not sustained and unfounded.
7. Hinson recommended a certain private security firm to a private business while he was on duty? Sustained.
After the allegations were sustained, Wray informed former City Attorney, Linda Miles, of his intentions of demoting Hinson. Former Police Chief Tim Bellamy is on record agreeing with Wray and reported he feared Hinson would use his position to get back at people if he wasn't demoted.
Miles and Wray planned to meet on Monday November 14, 2005 to discuss the Hinson matter. It was put off until Tuesday November 15, 2005. Wray, who thought he would be taking his SUSTAINED allegations to Miles to begin discussion about what to do with Hinson, was ambushed by a random drug test and a meeting that included RMA investigators as well as former (drunk and dishonest) City Attorney Mary B. Carr. This would be the first time Wray ever saw or heard of RMA. The rest is history. The allegations against Hinson were never unfounded but they did go unpunished.
Please understand that Miller shouldn't say the allegations against James Hinson were not sustained and proven unfounded because that is not true. Chief Miller speaks foolishly and has underestimated Ben Holder.

Because in the original lawsuit Hinson had his I.A. and personnel file shredded as an agreement. Subpoena the former I.A. members at this time, they should be able to tell the truth.

Although there are public records to show that I was indeed involved with James Hinson, those are true yet at the same time, the stories printed about me (on my birthday I might add) in the Rhino Times were half truths from misguided sources and persuaded the readers to think I was something that I clearly am not. At NO TIME did ANYONE want to hear MY side! I tried numerous times to make my voice heard but my claims were deduced to "a woman scorned." I spent many years with James Hinson and the only thing I wish right now was that I never met him. I'm no where in the least bitter, either. James has proven to be a liar, untrustworthy, and unreliable almost the entire time we were together. He lied to me about his situation with Beverly. He lied to me while dating and cheated on me with whom is his now wife, Audrey. Up until New Year's, we continued to communicate most via phone or text messaging until I finally decided that he'll NEVER change, I'm sick of him referring to black people whom HE'S taken an oath to serve and protect as "these monkeys!" (he's said on the phone while working off duty) I've finally replied to a "Happy New Year, I miss you and will always love you" text from him asking him to no longer make contact with me. I've suffered tremendously by the hands of this man and at one time, I wanted to tell EVERYTHING that I KNOW starting from the grievance (which I helped him write) to his Master's Degree (Thanks to ME!) and all of his "outside PD activities." I'm just at a point where I've put it all behind me. With all of that said, I, as well as my family have been through an abundance of struggles; I am a breast cancer survivor as well as having to bury my mother less than 2 months ago. In kind, if you continue to find James morally corrupt, it's your right but I'm appealing to you to go forward without the expense of involving me. My family, (especially my children) friends, and loved ones don't deserve to be inadvertently publicly humiliated because I made the mistake of loving the wrong man.
.
Thank you for understanding!
