I will spell it out so it's easy to follow along. My inquiry will be located below this text and separated (divided) into different parts. The fist part will be labeled A (I do that because it's the first letter in the alphabet) and the second will be labeled B (B is after A). So, below this text will be two sections: A and B. The A section will include background information. Now, I know you don't like dealing with the past (Oh I gotta ask you one thing! Did you know Greensboro had Asian Massage Parlors open that possibly dealt in human trafficking when the Nov 3 1979 Greensboro Massacre took place? I find that fascinating!) The B section will ask specific questions about things that happened during your tenure as a white Greensboro Chief of Police. Ready?
A. James Hinson was promoted to Captain almost a year ago and around that same time GPD Captains become suddenly eligible for off duty work.
B. When was James promoted to Captain? Captains became eligible for off duty work on what date?
