No She Didn't???!!!!

Denise Turner responded to my email in a very weak fashion.  First off, don't bring me that, "I appreciate.." bullshit.  The words appreciate, Ben Holder and Denise Turner don't go together.  She would appreciate it if I shut the fuck up, but that's about the extent of our relationship.  Her not so good response is below.

"Ben, I appreciate that you disagree with the City Attorney's office determination of what is public record as it relates to personnel records. However, they have researched this question extensively. I also believe they cited the personnel law and explained their interpretation. I am and continue to remain committed to the public having access to government but I have to execute my duties within the framework provided to us by state law. Barring any change in personnel law or interpretation, we are restricted as to what personnel records can be released."

She dodged every question because she would have to admit there are no laws like the ones Jamiah sent in the IFYI that Denise sent to me.   She would have to admit they were wrong and Denise and her legal team can't do that.  Apologies are not in their toolbox.   I really wonder if she thinks her response will end this?  I hope she is a tad more clever.  However, I have my doubts.
