As reported first on the Troublemaker, Jaylynn Atkins was terminated while Officer Kropelnicki chose to resign. Troublemaker staff first reported allegations involving drunk driving, a hit and
run, a child in the car
and a fraudulent report that surrounded the two officers. Some are still wondering out loud
about why there are no criminal charges for the officers.
Our sources tell us that Kropelnicki's drama isn't going to end just because he left the department. Allegedly, Kropelnicki and a female trainee had been spending some quality time together. However, their time together was hush hush and the two went out of their way to make sure their friendship stayed very low key. The two supposedly worked out together at a gym in Archdale to avoid any disturbances that may have hampered their togetherness.
Unfortunately for the dynamic duo, Kropelnicki's ex wife/girlfriend (who is also a cop) allegedly showed up at the gym in Archdale and greatly disrupted their workout. It is being reported by our sources that Kropelnicki's ex wife/girlfriend could face termination.
Another juicy story that is bound to show up in larger media outlets involves two GPD Officers. Allegedly, Horse play between two cops in a locker room will result in the termination of Josh Wyles. According to sources that I cannot identify, an officer pointed his taser at Wyles. In return, Wyles allegedly pointed his pistol at the officer and that was when a supervisor entered the locker room.
Then there is Brett Davis. As reported here first, there was a major dust up in the K9 unit and Brett seems to be the center of it. Allegedly, Brett got away with a hit and run while leaving Kickback Jacks on Battleground Avenue. It has been reported by several different sources that even the Sheriff's Department became involved. In the end, Brett skirted punishment.
