Dillard St.




Another great example of our city leaders keeping every part of Greensboro beautiful.  This house has only been in this condition for a few years.

Simple answer to why this is allowed to continue: Glenwood is a poor, low income neighborhood.

OTOH, Downtown has wealthy owners with higher incomes who have the influence to get the city to create an ordinance that requires properties to be maintained.

No fairness or "social justice" here. It's all about Money, Power and influence.
