Miller brings back retired police staff to handle public records?

Denise and our city council can't seem to grasp a working public records policy.  It's well documented and certainly isn't a surprise.  I was told by Miller that information about a man hunt in my neighborhood could only be given to me by the US Marshalls office.  That, like everything else Miller says, was a big fat lie.  The city gave me everything I wanted yesterday regarding the man hunt.  They could have given it to me the day I asked for it.  Instead, I was lied to by Miller as he attempted to hide public information.

Miller is the guy Denis thinks will operate and oversee her failing public records protocol.  How is he going to do this?  Sources say he has brought back former Assistant Chief Chris Walker and former Captain Danny Ingram to assist.

Why are the police in charge of public records requests?  Why did they need additional staff?  Denise gets paid $180,000 to be the city manager and she is failing miserably.  She has to have constant help and is apparently giving up on public records and handing it over to Miller.   Miller certainly lies and hides public record and that is an unlawful action.  I imagine that is a direct violation of his oath.

Why did it take them over a month to give me the simple public information that I asked for?  Why did Miller and Wayne Scott repeatedly report they could not give me anything about the man hunt when they obviously could and eventually did.

Did Chris Walker find his "stolen" gun yet??

Isn't this the same Chris Walker who jeopardized the ENTIRE in-house academy program by screwing up records (LYING)? Didn't he have to go before the NC Justice Academy and beg to keep his certification?????

I keep telling you, Dude, it takes time to make stuff up. Take it from me, I write fictopn about Greensboro daily. It requires a lot more time and effort than truth.

They did Ingram a favor, he can cat-around with the Davis girl in the Watch Center like he did before retirement. Something never change
